Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of tarot.insightyou.app, its public Tarot content, the Quick Draw experience and the Reflections Tarot mobile application. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Important: Tarot content and AI-generated interpretations are for reflection and entertainment. They are not a substitute for medical, mental-health, legal, financial or other professional advice.

1. The service

Reflections Tarot provides a public landing page, a 78-card Tarot Wiki, a public Quick Draw experience and account-based features in the web and mobile app. Features may differ by platform, language, account status and availability. We may add, change, suspend or remove features when reasonably necessary to operate or improve the service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to accept these terms in your country. If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials and promptly tell us about unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

3. Using the public pages

You may access the landing page, Wiki and Quick Draw for personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape, mirror, republish, sell or systematically extract the card database, images, text or other content without permission. Normal search-engine indexing of public pages is permitted.

4. App content and user content

You retain rights in information and content you submit, such as thoughts, questions, feedback and profile details. You give us permission to host, process and display that content as needed to provide, secure and improve the service. Do not submit content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, invasive of privacy, infringing or intended to abuse the service.

5. AI interpretations and Tarot guidance

The app may use configured AI providers to generate interpretations from your question, selected cards, language and relevant context. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for how you use it and should seek a qualified professional for consequential decisions or urgent concerns. Do not rely on the service for crisis support or emergency assistance.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, bypass limits, probe or attack infrastructure, distribute malware, impersonate another person, harvest personal data, misuse another user's account or use the service to violate applicable law.

7. Intellectual property

The service, branding, software, layouts, original text and compiled Tarot content are owned by or licensed to Reflections Tarot and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. No other rights are transferred.

8. Advertising and third-party services

Supported mobile versions may display optional rewarded advertising. The service also relies on third parties such as Firebase, Google or Apple sign-in, hosting, analytics, notification providers and AI providers. Their services may have separate terms, availability and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

9. Availability and disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. We do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or available in every location. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and make no guarantee about the accuracy or outcome of Tarot or AI content.

10. Suspension and account deletion

We may limit or suspend access if you violate these terms, create risk for users or the service, or where required for security or legal reasons. You can delete your account from Settings → Delete Account in the app or contact us. Deletion does not affect information that must be retained by law or securely managed backups until their normal expiration.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service, law or operating requirements change. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. If a change is material, we will provide notice where reasonably practical. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
